    Remember that, depending on the provisions of your lease agreement, you can place your logo and company name in various places in the common areas of the Hala Koszyki.

    Pro tip

    Remember that any changes you make must be confirmed by the property manager. Once you move out, you must restore the walls and doors of the rooms to the state they had been in when you signed the tenancy contract.

    WHERE CAN I PLACE COMPANY LOGO?

    Office entrance

    You can put a logo sticker on the door leading to your office, but it must be approved by us. Remember that you are responsible for removing it when you move out of the office.

    Signage with your logo

    You can help your guests find your office easily by placing signage with your logo on corridor walls.

    The ground floor information board

    Your company name can also be placed on the information board on the ground floor near the reception. You can choose the name you want to use, but the font appearance must harmonise with the building design.

    Underground car park

    One of the spots where you can place your company’s marking is the underground car park. Since the board is at the passage to the lift lobby, you can be sure that every car park user will notice it. You can choose the name you want to use, but the look of the caption must match the design of the building.

    Signboard over the internal entrance

    The name or logo in the form of glass neon or painted signs will be placed on a sheet metal background.

    Signboard over the external entrance

    Businesses with an exit to the outside of the building can have their name or logo displayed in the form of a glass neon sign.

    Location boards in Hala

    If you want everyone to be able to find their way to your workplace easily, you can ask for your business name to be put on the directional signs.

    Lettering on the glass of the premises

    The logo, the name of the premises or information for customers can be hand-painted on the glass. The recommended colour is white. Other muted colours are also allowed, but they must be agreed with the Landlord and the Designer’s Supervision. The painting should be neat to show respect for the historical building.
