Guest entrance
Anyone entering the building should keep three things in mind: the main entrance, the relevant reception desk and the person they are going to see. The scenario of the visit is up to you. Here are the possible options:
- Your guest signs in the Guest Book, and only then are they directed to you;
- The reception desk informs you that your guest has arrived and then directs them to you;
- Your guest is sent to you without any information;
- Your guest is escorted to an access controlled lift and given access to a specific floor.
Every visitor to Hala Koszyki should keep three points in mind: the entrance to the building, the relevant reception desk, and the person they intend to visit.
Pro tip
The reception desk can inform you about the arrival of a guest if you ask its staff to do so.
Parking spaces for visitors
If you have an underground parking space, your guest can use it. All you need to do is inform security before they arrive and give them details of the vehicle. If you do not have an underground parking space, your guest can park in the public paid car park under the Hala.
