Reception
Receptions employees have their hands full to ensure the security of building users, to respond to their needs, and also to ensure the smooth visitor flow. That is why they are not involved in courier collection.

Couriers with parcels that do not require carts are welcome to use the main entrance.
Delivery zone
All deliveries of goods in significant quantities or large in size should be organised in such a way that they do not interfere with access to the complex by other users. This works both ways: users will also not obstruct the unloading and delivery of goods to their destination. For this reason, such operations can be carried out in the delivery zone, which is located on level -1 of the underground parking. From there, suppliers can conveniently take the public cargo lift to the ground floor of Hala. From there they should go to the right building.

Vehicles with a maximum height of 3 metres can enter the delivery zone. It is a good idea to inform the courier of this.

If you want the package to be delivered faster and to save time and stress for the delivery person, in addition to the name of the complex, also tell them the exact building address.
Dimensions of the cargo lift
Inform suppliers that they must not block the cargo lift. Remember that not everything would fit into it. For this reason, we have prepared a graphic with the dimensions of the cargo lift at Hala Koszyki.
