As a rule, the staff of the retail space do not have their own access cards. However, at the request of their employer, they may be issued with cards allowing them access to, for example, the cyclists’ locker room.
How do I get my access cards?
Before your company moves into the Hala Koszyki complex, inform the property manager about the number of access cards needed and the rights to be assigned to them. Cards can be issued directly to your company. For security reasons, however, users must be identifiable, so you will have to keep internal records with the card number matching the user’s name if necessary.
You will receive the cards upon handover of the premises.
Card design
You will receive cards from the property manager and should not modify them in any way. If you stick something on them, they may not work properly.
Issuing new cards
You don’t need to worry about the exact number of access cards your company initially needs to have – we can always issue more! You can request them by sending an e-mail to building technical manager. The request should contain all the data necessary to program them.
Pro tip
Should you need to modify the details on your access card or wish to obtain a new card, please contact the authorised person in the administration department of your company. Only this person is authorised to request this from the property manager and technical manager.

CARD MODIFICATION STEP BY STEP
Provide building technical manager with an e-mail request to modify access data on the access card.
Don’t forget to include the serial number of the card you want to modify.
Changes will be implemented as soon as possible.
Lost or damaged card
One of your employees has lost or damaged their access card? No problem! Simply report its deactivation to building technical manager immediately to block access. The cost of issuing a new card is paid by the tenant. You will receive the card as soon as possible.
CARD REPLACEMENT STEP BY STEP
Provide the building technical manager with an e-mail request to deactivate a damaged or lost card.
Don’t forget to include the serial number of the card you want to modify.
A new card will be issued within 1-2 days.
