TECHNICAL SERVICE
The technical service for the building is provided by Zintegrowane Systemy Techniczne Sp. z o.o., which is responsible, among other things, for repairs or clarifying technical issues in the leased premises.
Pro tip
Need help with some minor maintenance work? No problem! The technical service provides “handyman” services for a fee.
Reporting malfunctions
Malfunctions can happen even in the best building. But in a top-notch building like ours, this situation is not a cause for concern. Simply report the malfunction via E-PM system and we will take care of the rest. There is one catch, however, in the small print: only the person designated by the tenant of the office space to report a malfunction can do so.
REPORTING A MALFUNCTION STEP BY STEP
Log in to the E-PM app.
Select “Enter Ticket”.
In the ticket, include information about the room in which the defect occurs and describe it. A picture is worth a thousand words, so include a picture if possible. It will certainly help to identify and resolve the problem.
Click “Save” to submit your ticket. It will go directly to the building manager’s mailbox.
