Responsible for creating the tenant mix of Hala Koszyki (and other facilities in Globalworth’s mixed-use portfolio), actively searching for tenants, comprehensively conducting the process of negotiating business terms and lease agreements. Her responsibilities also include preparing budgets to increase the value of the property and managing lease agreements.
Anna
Korwin – Kulesza
Her duties complement the activities of the property manager in, among others, determining the terms of the lease agreement (for new agreements) and negotiating the terms of renewal (for existing agreements). A decision-maker for non-standard implementations in the building, she is responsible for maintaining the property at a profitable level and for populating the building with new tenants. She is also responsible for Globalworth Poland’s portfolio of properties located in northern and central Poland.
Security
It operates around the clock. Building security is responsible for ensuring the safety of employees and visitors to the facility, controlling the movement of people and goods on the premises, overseeing the implementation of policies and procedures in effect on the premises, monitoring access and issuing access cards to common areas, including the car park.
